Refund Policy
- Refunds are only available for unused tickets within 30 days of purchase.
- Refunds are not available for tickets that have been used, lost, stolen, or damaged.
- Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
- The park may issue refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as a park closure due to inclement weather or other unforeseen events.
- All refund requests must be made in writing to the park's customer service department.
