Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only available for unused tickets within 30 days of purchase.
  • Refunds are not available for tickets that have been used, lost, stolen, or damaged.
  • Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
  • The park may issue refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as a park closure due to inclement weather or other unforeseen events.
  • All refund requests must be made in writing to the park's customer service department.
